We use 100% soy wax in all of our candles because it’s not only better for you but also for the planet. Soy wax burns clean with little to no soot, ensuring a fresher atmosphere while your candle lasts longer. It’s a renewable, biodegradable resource that’s kind to the Earth, and it burns slower, giving you more hours of your favorite scents. Plus, soy wax holds and releases fragrance beautifully, so you can enjoy a full, vibrant scent every time you light one of our candles.

The little bumps and imperfections you see on the top of your candle are completely natural – and they’re actually part of what makes soy wax so special. As the wax cools, it can shrink slightly, creating a textured look. We love these imperfections because they remind us that, just like with people, it’s our little quirks and unique features that make us the most beautiful.

What you're seeing is called "tunneling." This happens when the wax doesn’t melt all the way to the edge of the vessel, leaving a pool of wax in the center and creating a "tunnel" around the sides. We have tested our candles to ensure they will burn evenly however certain room temperatures and climates can affect the way the candle burns. To avoid this, make sure to let your candle burn long enough for the wax to melt all the way across the top, from edge to edge. This will create an even melt pool and help prevent tunneling.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. All of the fragrance oils we use in our candles are phthalates free, Prop 65 compliant, vegan, and cruelty-free. They are made from natural ingredients like essential oils and clean synthetic compounds. They differ from pure essential oils because, though many contain natural materials, they are predominantly comprised of clean synthetic chemicals. The benefits of synthetic fragrance oils include their consistency in scent profile, stability and long-lasting aroma, and performance.

We use 100% cotton wicks in all of our candles. Cotton wicks are not only natural but also burn clean and even, giving you a smooth and consistent flame from start to finish. They’re non-toxic and free of harmful chemicals, so you can enjoy your candle without worrying about any unwanted additives in the air.
